Yes the N75 is operated by turbo pressure and indeed not vacuum. Pressure from the turbo enters the N75 from the green coloured braided pipe ( where can I get more green braided pipe? ) the valve then rapidly switches this pressure between the waste gate and the vent into the air inlet to regulate the boost. A small hole can cause all sorts of problems and in my case I changed all the braided pipes. The braided pipes link lengths of quite rigid plastic small pipes to and from the turbo, actuator and valve.
