TDi BHC - Tuning Box Recommendations

Hi,

Can anyone recommend the best tuning box to give my 74 BHP engine a bit more get up and go please?

I had a DTUK box on my Golf GT TDi and it was amazing; faster, more torque and more economical. I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t seen the improvements firsthand.

We can't recommend a tuning box at all, they basically just fool the ECU into injecting extra fuel.

What you need is a remap. Various commercial maps are available for the 3-pot PD, including those from Stealth Racing and Awesome GTI (this one is local to you) that I know of.

There are also popular member-developed maps, as a Club we cannot promote these so no usernames will be mentioned here, but I'm sure one of the people I'm thinking of will be in contact with you soon enough
