The temp gauge reads zero (60 degress) when the car is being driven but if you stop for a while with the engine still running the temp gauge starts to rise to 90 degress.

If the cab heater performance mirrors the temp gauge readings then its probably the thermostat. If the cab stays warm regardless of what the temp gauge says then it could be a faulty temp sender unit. info here - http://www.a2oc.net/forum/showthread.php?t=3208&highlight=gauge+woes
My temperature gauge rises to 90 quite slowly, when i am sat in traffic it drops down, it goes to 60 then back to 90 and then back to 60 does anyone know what this could be i am guessing thermostat but would like a second opinion
