Welcome!

Time to write a few things.

1. Is it only in my car, that a display shows much higher outside temperature than it is in reality? Or maybe it is sth common for all A2's? I guess that the location of a temp sensor is wrong which causes other factors of a car to heat it more than air. Is it?

2. (Comparing to VW Passat) My ventilation seems to be weak or ineffective to give a good blow of air at passenggers. So is it a nature of A2? Drivg in the sun, cooling down the inner 25C to 19C requires about 20 minutes of air conditioner work. Too long comapering to Passat.

I find that the temperature sensor is displaying a high temperature when I first get in the car - particularly when the car has been sitting in sunlight for a while.

I recall it displaying about 38 last summer - when the temp was more like 29 or so. It always settles to a more realistic value after driving for a while.

As you say, probably the position of the sensor.

I have noticed that the temp sensor reads about 3 degrees above what it actully is not a big problem, really
