Temperature Calibration.

Hi, does anyone know if the temperature gauge in the onboard computer can be calibrated or reset? Mine seems to be a mile out regarding the outside temperature. Last week on the hottest day it was showing 107f, surely that wasn't right! Also can it be switched from c to f? cheers.
 
Hi Kezbed, yes the temperature can be changed from celsius to farenheit or vice versa, this will have to be confirmed as i can't remember the way of doing it off the top of my head. But i have changedmin from farenheit to celsius using the air con unit, holdgin the auto button and pressing the plu on either the temperature button or the fan speed button (not in thebest of conscious states to remember this so you must excuse me! :D) as to calibration of the temperature i'm not sure, i'll await the infamos confirmation off our fellow skipton on this as to be honest i'm pretty sure mine is a fair few degress out!

I have spoken to the stealer about this very problem last year as mine reads high and I was told that this reading is only a guide and cant be calibrated unless anyone out there knows different.
 
In this instance, the dealer is correct - you cannot calibrate the ambient temperature display.

However, you can switch between centigrade and farenheit by simultaneously pressing the recirculate and temp + buttons.
