Yet another disappointing experience with Audi dealers.

Had the car's second service at Croydon Audi yesterday which comprised of an oil change; new pollen filter and 1 new spark plug all for an astonishing £300. They didn't stamp the service book and then thought they could charge me for new rear discs, when my A2 has drums!

A brake fluid change would have cost me £98 and replacing front brake discs/pads would have been £350, when all the bits you need can be bought for under £80.

Daylight robbery? I thought so!

Told yer so!!!!! See my previous posts. I paid a wee bit more for my fluid change.
I've just had the Volvo MOTd and a brake fluid change, the whole job took an hour and a half (very thorough MOT) and cost 72 quid!!! This from a Volvo specialist.
These astronomical costs will prevent me buying another Audi, even though I love it to bits.
