What can I say, this was an amazing social from start to, well it hasn't quite finished for some of us... ;)

A brilliant day with a stunning collection of A2 automobilia, wonderful people and the delightful backdop of Wales. This really has been a fantastic event, from the military precision organisation and the route selection to the venue for lunch; food was superb.

An absolute massive thank you Steve for everything, from the concept, organisation and facilitation of this great family friendly day. A must for next years calendar if you are up for it. My family loved every minute and it was a pleasure to finally meet your beautiful wife and children.

Thanks to all those who made today, shared the adventure and to friends old and new who always make us so welcome. A mention to for Mrs Steve B; a pleasure to meet you.

Pictures to follow in due course.

Thank you so much to all those that came and thank you to the man upstairs for some glorious weather.

Special thank you to.Darren and Sarge for being my wing men with the convoy, we would have lost a lot more than Steve B if you hadn't been there.

I'm already planning next year, bigger and better than this one. Ideas racing around my head are smaller teams larger area and treasure hunt :)

Always appreciate the opportunity to be part of a convoy constructed solely of Audis little aluminium oddity.

Top social , A2Steve you can definitely surf a wave of achievement on this. From concept through to fruition, just excellent and thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you so much for your fortitude with the organisation of this event.

Wales providing great roads and vistas (as always), and great weather (definitely not an always)
The variety of A2's is staggering, great to meet and talk with all that I managed to thank you for your company and A2 knowledge.

My own A2 ticked over 175,000 when I set out this morning, 175,239 now.. not a bad way to mark the 175th thousandth mile.. by heading 1 quarter of the way to the next.

A couple of low quality frontals from the castle greenhouse line up

All in all a great day out for us Steve, many thanks for organising it, and to all the others present myself, Anna and the boys had a great time, was a real shame we couldn't get an extra night at the hotel as would have loved to join you at hotel for meal in the evening, but sadly wasn't to happen.

Special thanks to Mr Broons for graciously bringing the much sought after roof bars down for me (I bet your fuel economy will rocket on the way home), and Steve thanks for the buttons and tailgate opener.

One last thing, BB finally made it over the 200k on the way down, but (as I was doing 70 odd at the time and didn't have a co-driver) I didn't manage to get a photo of the tick-over.

This looks amazing and well done Steve for organising it and keeping up with my demands for parts

It's always good to be able to put usernames to faces and the photos are magnificent - I love the line up but I'm glad my parking skills weren't put to this test.

Fantastic! I look forward to the next chance to see the panoply of perfection on display by the members of this club.

Don't worry, there was lots of help and frantic waving of hands, and a handy straight white line ;)

On Friday Nasra and I arrived in another country, a country I had never been to before, this country had lovely views and the people were lovely, I shall call it ......Snow White land, and the Snow white's being Steve's lovely wife and beautiful Snow White little ladies!

Well what can I say, thank you to Steve (A2Steve), he did a brilliant job taking such a responsibility for organising the event, and thanks to each of you who were there. I don't know if it's just me or same for everyone, but at AITP and Wales, time flew by so quickly and I don't think I got to meet everyone personally, if I missed you then I apologise.

Following are some pictures that I took and later, after I've processed them, will be some videos that Nasra took from inside our car, if I can recover a failed memory card! :(
