Today I took my car out of the garage to discover this 8 inch crack! I’m 99.99% sure it certainly wasn’t there when I drove it in two days ago.... very weird indeed. Hopefully the next one will last 15 years too.

Aaarghhh!! and very annoying.

I’m assuming you mean you own garage rather than somewhere you’ve had something done to it?

Yes, it stays safe inside my own internal garage every night. No freezing and defrosting windows to contend with. Nobody else has been driving it nor been in my garage. Just one of these bizarre things.

... popped out for five minutes and fitted my tt pedals and bespoke footrest. As the dude would say - “ties the room together”. What with all the replaced switch gear it’s almost factory fresh in Patty 😂😍 thanks @anthony lawler
Looks brilliant Tim,

I know the TT Style look isn’t for everyone but your footwell has been beautifully transformed in my eyes. I still cannot believe that a £4 bit of metal can make such a difference (with a set of £40 pedal covers of course).

Kind regards,

Tom

All thanks to your hard work and dedication in getting it all sorted fella. I thought it would look good once in but as you say it’s actually quite transformative.

It looks like the last thing you now need is the headlight switch to make a full set. It might be something I need to consider as it all looks good.

And to think that there are still people out there who insist winter tyres (never mind summer-biased all-seasons!) are a scam!

Have a photo of a snowy Audrey with my two boys, who coming from a charmed life in Singapore have never seen this strange white stuff before! No winter tyres on their bikes mind!

Glad to hear that they are meeting your expectations! Again thanks to @YorkshireHill storing them correctly out of the light I expect they’ll be good for at least another 2 winters or perhaps 3
I managed to purchase a really nice set of pepperpots this week with a set of Dunlop summer tyres https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/154287920248 so I’ll be year round pepperpots on my Dolphin Grey from now on. 😊

Very nice purchase indeed with nothing to do to them, there was a beautiful mint set last week in the birmingham region that sold on ebay with goodyear cross climates all as "brand new" and i think sold for around £450? so £112.50 per corner now seems a bargain whoever purchased them and hopefully a member on here?.
