Torque values for working on suspension

Hi,

Does anyone have the torque values for the nut on top of suspension damper, 3 strut top bolts and the large bolt at the bottom?
Also does ELSA say to use threadlock?

I am changing the strut top bearing on the passenger side of a 1.4tdi sport.
Have searched this forum but can't find them.
