Trying to donate

Hi admin, firstly I'm trying to donate and when I try to login it doesn't recognise my password.
Second I've donated before and I notice my profile doesn't have member donated listed like some other members, not a major issue but thought I'd mention it.

I’m sure @Darren C will be along shortly to assist with your Custom Title.

Darren will also be able to investigate why you’re unable to login to donate but please remember that your login details for the shop/donations area are different than your login details here on the Forum:

If you’ve managed to donate before you much have already set up the separate account, maybe your device is automatically selecting the incorrect details?

I know the email it's associated with but I've tried numerous passwords (and I only use a select few) and cant seem to get logged in. That will teach me not to write it down.

There's a reset password link on the login page, so maybe try that?

@2work I've now managed to donate, I don't think I created a login for it so I used my other email and it's sorted now. Thanks for the help Tom, appreciated as always.

It isn’t an automated process and not everyone who donates wants the status in equal measure. I’ll take a look.
