I need a TV Tuner code (8Z.... x y z x y z ...) or... whatever :)
I have a Navi Plus DX on board and a empty space for the tuner at rear.

I found some items on ebay and I don't know exactly what I must buy!
Can anyone help?
Thank you...[24]

If you want to receive TV programmes then in addition to the TV tuner box p/n 4DO 919 146B you will need 3 aerial amplifiers to replace the standard diversity amplifiers already fitted, plus a switch-over box and cables. I can find the other part nos if you are interested but recommend you double check everything with an Audi dealer before buying. The aeriel amplifiers are unique to the A2 but the TV tuner and switch over box are common with other Audis

Thank you!
I have a button on the Navi Plus from where I can choose Radio/CD/TV... Is it enough? And also there is an empty space in rear, exactly for tv tuner...
Hmmm... The Audi dealer from here doesn't know too much...
Any other advices?

I have the TV-Tuner fitted from the factory.... and have to say the reception is not too good, at least over here in Germany. And they are switching over to DVB-T, too, so I have to get another tuner. About the only good thing is that you get 6 Cinch-Inputs (2x Video, 4x Audio) by adding a cheap cable so you can hook up a DVD Player or another input source fairly easy.
Switching to the TV-Tuner is with the Radio/CD/TV-Button, switching between the Inputs is done via the TV-Tuner´s onscreen-menu.

Bye, Frido.

I don't have the other tuner yet, but Audi charges EUR 1000 for a DVB-T-Capable Tuner, so I will hook up a 12V-DVB-T-Box (they are selling these for Motorhomes for around EUR 80) to one of the TV-Tuner's AUX-inputs. If you don't have the TV-Tuner yet, you can always buy the Dietz-Interface 1212 and hook up another DVB-Tuner to that. A lot of the TV-Tuner-related stuff can be found here http://www.dietz.biz/ENG/Multimedia.html#VWAUDI
