I have been looking for the same.
A translation of blocks numbers and group numbers.
I have not found excactly what I am looking for but did come across this list for petrol engines:
Volkswagen/Audi "Standardized" Measuring Block Groups for Gasoline Engines.
Use as a general guide for engines starting about 1999-2000, where more specific data is not available is not available for a particular Group.

Do anyone have a similar list for TDI engines and for the other control modules in the A2:
01: engine
03: ABS
08: auto Hevac
15: Airbags
17: instruments
25: immobilizer (NB: no need since it is redirected to 17 on the A2 and measured through 17)
33: ODB-II (NB: no need since it is redirected to 17 on the A2 and measured through 17)
44: Steering assist (NB: no need since it is redirected to 17 on the A2 and measured through 17)
46: central conv.
56: Radio
76: parkassist
77: Telephone
