Just thought I would comment about the good service I have received from Lawson cars in M'boro. http://www.lawson-cars.co.uk/
They did an MOT and long life oil change last month, and were really very good! Their labour rate is also reasonable (~£50 per hour inc VAT). They were able to give me wife a lift to work once she had dropped the car off, and their level of communication is also up with best. They called when they said they would, and the car was ready on time. They charged £70 for the long life oil and filter change, which isn't bad considering the cost of the oil.
All in all a nice garage that will be looking after our A2 for the next couple of years.
