Value and tuning a TDi

So far I have fitted a tuning box to my TDi 75 and will have a K & N filter fitted at Awesome on Thursday. In terms of returns on expenditure versus power gains what are the next options? Other than a de-cat exhaust I cannot think of anything worthwhile ( altho' I might replace the 'box with a remap). I know Mike has had and considered various things with his flying machine (!) I get the impression that upgrade intercoolers and turbos seem to be of little benefit.
