i want to get more power out of my 1.6 fsi a2 but not spending to much, looking around the £600 mark but could push to £800-£1000 (with a bit extra saving) if its worth it. i want the car a bit louder but no big exaust hangin out the back. any help in the right direction of wot to buy for maximum increase in bhp

Not sure if they do a remap for the 1.6 fsi but have you tryed Stealth racing ?, if you do a search on here they will come up under the remaps for the TDI

A Stealth remap will liberate another 10-15 horses and a free flowing air filter will help by another 3 or so, as will an exhaust.

However, you're limited by no turbo and having to keep a catalyst, so power gains won't be huge, maybe up to 125-130BHP from the standard 110.
