Want to change cam belt, service manual?

My newishly acquired A2 has 120,000 miles on the clock and I know the previous owner didn't get the belt done so I think it's due for it's second change.

I've done a few cam belts on my Elise so I'm confident tackling it but is there a service manual I can get (paper or PDF?). I've looked at a few old threads on here and there's some useful info but some of the pictures no longer work and I don't know what tools I need as I've never worked on a VAG car.

Car is a 75bhp Diesel AMF engine.

Same procedure as belt and water pump on 1.9 tdi pd with locking pin kit or twist drill to lock cam
But cam timing mark is on back of head for the three pot and a mirror is useful

Check here this is for the hydraulically damped tensioner, the friction type is lower down in the menu
