Warning for atp-autoteile.de

Just a warning for atp-autoteile.de. Ordered a 2-pack of Monroe 376041SP the 2 nov. I called them today (12 nov) to ask why DHL have got electronic information at the 7 nov, them but not yet picked it up. The answer was that the package was lost (within atp-autoteile storage). When they where going to inform me was not clear. Now I've recieved a bunch of related parts from different onlinestores already and some are one the way, but now I won't have the shocks I need for it. It was the last pair aswell and they don't know when new ones will arrive.

Anywhere else, they cost a lot more or even double, and the ones with the same price don't ship to Sweden. Why I went with this whole setup was because the price was so good on these so I could might as well get them instead of standard ones.

Another sad story with this company is that I emailed them the same day I placed the order, wanting to add another item. This was on a Saturday and it would'nt ship til monday, so there was time. The answer was "No", I had to place a new order, with another 25 euro freight. When I responded that I would like to cancel the whole order then and make a new one, they simply stopped answering. Tried another 3-4 emails. Their phoneline is not open on Sundays, so when I called them on Monday morning, the guy tells me that the first "No" was incorrect, they could have added the item then. But now it was Monday and the items where already being packed. so he "was sorry".

Turns out I won't get anything at all instead, and they "are sorry". I chose the presented option to wait for it to re-appear, it would take up to a month. I did'nt bother asking the obvious question how they could put a specific timeframe on such a problem.

I will be putting the new Spidans on the old shocks until I get the correct shocks someway, somehow. The MOT demands a new front spring so I have no choice either.
 
Ok, so an update, and not a good one. I got my package after all, some talk about the ticket on the box being damaged. Seemed deliberately peeled of when I look at the remains, but anyway. I still wanted the additional item without paying extra freight.

After a few emails back and forth, with me getting angrier and angrier because of their stupid answers and threatening to contact someone higher up, they finally agreed on giving me free delivery on my next order.
After a few days, I put some items in the basket. Only problem is when I log in, the prices went upp 5% on every item. When I check on my wifes phone, she gets 5% lower prices overall. So they either put a 5% raise on my account, or a raise based on my IP or something. I don't know the deal, but its all very strange.

Edit: The 5% difference is due to different VAT between the countries, so no scam there. But they still suck at customer service..

Clear the cookies in your browser, they will be tracking whether you have visited before.
 
Its like when you check travelsights, each time you check the same /similar tickets it gets a bit more expensive ?, and then order on another computer to get the original prize ?

Is it not funny ?.but yesterday I have just received an order from the very same company they could not have been more helpful spot on service delivered with DHL in 3 working days ..oh and free delivery on 2 meyle top mount kits through e bay I had last 2 sets

Good to hear
They are a big company so most deliveries will probably go smoothly. But that doesn't mean they have a good customer service when things do not go as planned. That's where they fail badly.
It's the same attitude and irrelevant questions and dumb answers as Banggood.com or Wish.com. Trust me, I know. It's like they misunderstand/give irrelevant answers or questions deliberately just to make you give up.
