Hay again guys hope all things are good with your A2's. Mine however has finished its honeymoon period. After getting in to head home from a long day a got the unstaggered indicator syndrom followed by no blinking indicator about 10mins later. Not amused on the M1 coming off @ nottingham @ 7ish! I've checked back through the forum and it appears I have been got by the dodgy relay problem. My A2 is 03 and covered under warrent till 07 this year, can this be covered under warrenty? Normally I would assume yes. However I have fitted custom 17inch wheels to my A2 with a slight ofset difference to the standard audi 17" wheels, would this invaladate my warrenty?im alittle nervous of this as they are Audi replica wheels. What response do you think id get from my Audi garage? Many Thanks Guys!

not sure on that one. the indicator relay will be covered under the warranty. I had mine fail on me last sept and had it replaced under my Mondial warranty.
I asked how much it would have cost me and the garage said about £150 phew glad it was covered.
I cant see why changing wheels would affect the warranty as doing this does not interfere with the electrics and would not cause the relay to go.
You will have to bite the bullet and go to your dealer.

Yay for Roadside Assist!

I called Audi roadside assist after trying 3 audi dealers in the immeadiate area....each on unable to change the relay in my unroad-worthy A2 until nextweek. I explained to Derby that I live in Loughborough. The lady suggested that I drop in my A2 today and leave it with them, my next logical Q was "how do I get home from Pride Park Derby to Loughborough/Nottingham, I will need a courtsey car?"
Answer.... "None available"

Just as a side topic anything I should get checked whilst my A2 is still under audi warrenty? Iv heard stuff about rushing antiroll bars?or drop links?

.... with a broken indicator relay? I have a solution to your problem: come to London, where nobody uses their indicators anyway ;-)
