water in the front footwells..

Has any one had a problem with water leaking from somewhere on the bulkhead into the front footwells? We've got an 02 reg 1.4se diesel and have had a water leak test carried out, you know the one water with a dye in that is sprayed over the car and when you shine an ultra violet light inside the car it looks like a radio active slug has used your floor as a dance acadamy. But still no sign of where it's actually getting in.
We've had the scuttle plate under the windscreen removed and refitted as this was another helpful, but friutful, seggestion.
CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE??????:confused: :confused:
 
Just what I'd suggest - my BMW is plagued with dodgy windscreen seals, although if they go you can normally hear a whistle where the air gets in (you have to get quite a speed up first though). It normally happens when not enough of the glue is used to stick the windscreen in or when its not got off properly before you drive it.
