white smoke when engine is hot ?

Hello all!
I noticed recently that once the engine is hot, when I'm parking at the office after a ~20km trip, a visible white smoke comes out of the exhaust pipe of my 1.6 FSI.
This white smoke never appears when the engine is cold.

The coolant level seems ok.

What do you think. Could it be only the dry but cold weather (+/- 0° ?).
Any other clue ?

Do you only get the "smoke" on cold days or does it happen on warm days as well?

Normally you expect to see water vapour (looks like smoke but disapears) on cold days - colder day=more vapour but there is normally more of this with a cold engine (overfueling).

Is the oil level falling?

Well, it actually looks more like vapor than real smoke. And it's not all the time : later today, I took the car back home and could hardly notice it again.

(+3° approx compared to 0° this morning)

Oil service is quite recent (1000 km or so), nothing noticeable.
