I am so impressed i have had to publically recognise them. They have left me astounded.

Just to the set the scene i had intially come to the A2 primarily because the economics were stack4ed in it`s favour plus a few other reasons like a 500mile weekly commute & nine bonus point on my license. But a big factor was my complete dissapoinment with my five month old Mini Cooper S that i had been waiting nine months for It had numerous problem and dealers who saw you as an inconvience!

I visted an Audi Dealer just off the M11 to look at an A2 3 months old and it was a state 3 kerbed wheels and a destoyed interior, plus this claimed demonstrator was sign written "courtesy car". The salesman didn`t seem interested in creating any sort of deal in it so i enquired about a new one and he just completed the excercise of form filling so I left him filling his forms in! On the way home i was thinking maybe i really do expect to much from a car dealer consumer economy an all that. Any way in a large ditch attempt to enjoy buying a new car i stopped in at whitehouse and was knocked of my feet thumbs up!!!!!

It is not just the sales staff either the service team are just as good i got the car on sat and when i got around to playing with it properly on sunday the service module wouldn`t open, quick call to the dealer this morning, bring it in sir and we will sort it for you one cup of coffee later- all fixed only a minor fault but for the first time i was given an apology and sorry for the inconvience!! Even after Mini damaged my car all i got was these things are un avoidable.

a big thumbs up so far

I'll be going there on Saturday then!!!!!

Our car was from Whitehouse Aylesford and we had no major problems with them, despite reports we'd heard to the contrary.

A2's don't make very good sledges:(
