Does anyone know of window tinting or any places where it is cheap to get done.
I have heard it is very difficult to get right if doing this by yourself.

My local places are charging £160, £180 for the back screen and windows, and £250, £260 for front and back.

Black 2001 A2 with 16" 6 spoke, Open sky system, xenon lights, and concert single cd.

Where abouts in the UK are you. I had mine done at a place called Auto Aysslum in Maidenhead, Berkshire. They charged about £350 for the whole car less w/screen and 18 months later it is still as good as when they first fitted it. Mine is the one with a security film built into the tint.
 
Mine was done by Audi Dealer on the car as a demonstrator. Martins of Basingstoke. Still perfect after 21/2 years
