Windscreen washer fluid not spraying high enough

Hi all, the washer bottle has enough fluid inside, but something isn't right, as even pointing the nozzles highest, the spary still only reaches under the wiper blade. Any advice? Cheers

Dissconect the pipe at the Y piece, where it split into the two jets, see if flow is better.
If not pump end gunked up, so low pressure perhaps?
I think the tanks the place to start then.

I had this problem, pipe split. Most of my screen wash was cleaning the engine bay.
