Hi all
My wiper arm has failed at the base where it connects to the wiper motor via the 2 spindles. The alloy seems to have cracked, obviously I need to replace the arm (anyone got or know where I can get a replacement arm , the later, single floppy wiiper type?), my main question though is this;
The wiper motor has two spindles for the wiper arm to attach to but only one appears to actually turn ,powered from the motor,the other one seems to just 'free coast' when turned by hand, is this correct?
Should both spindles be driven by the motor or just one?
Any help would be gratefully recieved because I know from experience, removing the wiper motor can be a real b****r (scuse my french)
