Just wanted to relay my experiences of this dealer.
Took my 04 TDI 90 in to them last week as it's just crossed 43k and wanted to get the cam belts done. I also wanted them to look at the OSS as only the first panel lifted.
I was briefed that it was unlikely that Audi would repair the OSS under warrantee as the car had always been serviced by independants.
I also needed new discs and pads all round so they suggested (as I was travelling from Camberley) that I leave the car with them and collect it the following weekend.
When I dropped it off I was greeted by name and shown to a brand new A3 which they lent me for the time my A2 was with them.
Four days later they called me to say the car would be ready for collection on Saturday as agreed and they had fitted a full new OSS under Audi good will.
Throughout my dealings with them the customer service and attention to detail was second to none. They didn't just treat me like a customer I felt like I was THE customer.
I dealt with Chris, Mike and Gina and I would recommend this dealer to anyone.
Sure, I also picked up a 'nice' invoice but it's a main dealer, what did I expect?
I don't own shares in Caffyns nor am I related to the owner but I am always very very quick to air my opinions when things go wrong so just wanted to voice the positives for a change.
They even directed me to a great ice cream place for the kids.
