Hi,
Few weeks ago, I mention in my previous thread of a error that came up, in brief, I was jumping my friends mini off the A2, when I was driving home, up a steep-ish hill, it's felt like the abs was kicking in on the o/s/f wheel, as well as the triangle with the circle around it starting flashing, it was vibrating and felt like the brakes were being applied, then 3 sharp beeps, and the abs light along with a red (!) on the DIS.
Got it home, scanned it and it came up with fault code 01542, Yaw Rate Sensor, (G202)
I cleared it, and it went off until today...when again the same thing happened....
Car is a 2001 on a (Y) and is. 1.4 TDi. Any ideas if the jumping of the mini could of caused this? Or was that a coincidence?
Any idea how to repair/sort this
