Rear bumper removal (My cars first parking injury :( )

Having parked my A2 in the supermarket car park, as far from other cars as possible, I was gutted to come back and see that someone had bumped the rear!

The paintwork is very lightly scuffed and I think it'l come out fine with a bit of polish.

However, the bumper has obviously been pushed in to the extent that it no longer fits at the side where it joins the metal rear wing.

The top edge of the bumper (normally hidden from view) has a hole in it which I'm guessing needs to line-up with a clip on the metalwork or something. Sadly I cant re-clip it without dropping the bumper slightly.

So, how do I go about removing the rear bumper?
 
It's not the easiest job to tackle as a first one, but here goes:

You'll need a T25 screwdriver for this, and that's pretty much it.

Chock the front wheels and jack up the rear of the car - put it on axel stands and then remove both rear wheels.

Remove the rear arch liners, which are held in with a combination of T25 screws and press-fit studs.

Undo the 3 T25 screws that hold the bumper to the arch.

Undo all the screws under the bumper.

Remove the black matt plastic trim between the chrome trim strip and the boot lip.

Undo the 7 screws revealed and then you can remove the bumper.

I would say it's simple, but it's not!
