Audi claiming it's not possible to activate anti-hijack?

I want to activate the anti-hijack (car doors locking when you drive off). I've read numerous times here in the forum that it is easy to accomplish and that no parts are required. Apparently the only thing needed is a VCDS cable.

The thing is my Audi dealership has never done it on an A2 and never seen one with it activated so they're claiming it can't be done.

I'm picking up the car this Wednesday so I would like to be able to explain to them in technical terms how they can enable it for me. Can one of the forum pros step in? :)

I just activated this function on mine.
It now operates the locks on the doors at 10mph.
If you exit the car by the inside door handle, the tailgate stays locked until you press the unlock button on the door, or you remove the key from the steering column.

Lovely.

Just picked up the car from Audi. They managed to enable it and didn't charge me a penny so all's good. :)

Seems to work exactly like Jags said. Nice!
