DBW Throttle Monitoring

Hi
Past couple of days EPC light has come on and car went into limp mode. Turned ignition off/on afew times and no EPC light appears, but seems to run a bit juddery when cruising at 60mph.
Did a scan and this is came up. Any ideas where to start. Maybe Throttle Body Clean?

P1388 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
Readiness: 0000 0000

There's not much detail on the Ross-Tech site, but it would suggest a problem with the wiring or the sensor, so maybe the first check would be the connections to the throttle body, I assume you have petrol engine?

I've had every sensor off the car I can possibly see and reseated them, so let's see what happens. The coolent level sensor was wet through by the way.
