G65 ac high pressure sensor fault

Took Hills to my mates garage and connected up to his snapon....

Got a fault.. G65 ac high pressure sensor fault

Cleared it off ... But it would not clear.

Is this the sensor..???

1.4 petrol BBY engine...

  • Check Refrigerant Pressure
    • Check Measuring Value Blocks (MVB)
  • Check Wiring/Connectors from/to High Pressure Sensor (G65)

It's the sensor on the top front right of the condenser apparently.

Back to this issue. The reason this was never changed was the sensor would not unbolt from the pipe. It is now goosed... Does anyone have an air con rad for it...
 
Hi Moony,

I don't have an air conditioning condenser myself, but I've spotted this on eBay. It looks to be right for the A2 and it has an 8Z0 part number, but I'd just check your current part number to be sure. Could this be of any use to you? :)

No connection to seller etc. :p
