Hi Got recovered to the garage last Friday after breakdown joining the M25 at the A3
Totally not firing / miss firing and would not run . Rang the breakdown they arrived started it ran fine . Ever since I have had the car ( 3 months) it has always randomly misfired when upto temperature , so I got the guy to stay while it warmed up and sure enough ,totally not firing / miss firing and would not run.
Small amount of water by expansion tank and the pick up guy diagnosed head gasket .
Garage have started to look at it today had plugs out to check ect and run it up until is failed again . Fault codes 17796 and 17428 showing , the guy I the garage is a bit stuck for ideas but does not think it is a head gasket as it does not seem to have lost water .
Long story sorry .... any shared experiences - expert knowledge - good ideas appreciated
