Head Unit Fascia panel

I have just fitted an updated Sony Head Unit ( DSX-A400BT ) to replace the existing Sony unit with blue illumination, in my new A2. After a bit of modification to the ISO cables it is all up and running nicely, including sound to the amplified rear speakers.

However, the standard fascia does not fit as the head unit sits too deeply into the dash so you get to see some of the metal surround of the cage/head unit visible. I have tried searching around but cannot seem to find a full plastic fascia that would cover the whole head unit. I already have the little pieces that cover that outsides but really need a full panel.

Has anyone ever come across something like this or would a panel for an Audi A3 fit instead as per the link below?
