Anyone ever removed an Open Sky System frame to check seals etc?

I have a 1.4 TDi with Open Sky System.
With heavy rain water is leaking through the roof lining and then collecting in the boot pan and soaking into the rear seats etc.
I have removed some of the interior trim and the water is clearly coming from just above the driver side rear passenger handle and then running off.

My questions are:

-Anyone had any experience with this?
-Anyone ever removed an Open Sky System frame to check seals etc?


Any help appreciated.

Had the same problem where it leaked in heavy rain. Cleared the blockage under the seals using a wire coat hanger with tissue and after a few days rain there has been no leak.
