Just checked again, all warning lights are off, brake lights are working and no codes on the scan!
Scan? The warning light is back on - flashing glow plugs.
I've replaced both rear bulbs and checked fitting is correct and no issues with any corrosion on the bulb holders.
I've changed the fuse.
I've removed the brake light switch, cleaned it and re-fitted it.
Now brake lights are constantly on!
I swapped the switch with a spare one and still lights are on constantly!
Any suggestion, please?

I've re-set the switch travel. You need to reset the switch travel. Or you have damaged the wiring.
Did you do anything between this post, (today), and the October 21st post? The warning light is back on - flashing glow plugs.

I tried a replacement Febi brake light switch but the issue persisted so I put the original switch back in.Did you do anything between this post, (today), and the October 21st post?
What brake light switch has been fitted since October?

Thanks Steve - happy to try one - and have as a spare in any case - will PM youI've got a few used factory ones available. They are cheap as chips on ebay, but the quality isn't there.
Its possible to misfit the brakebulbs, they`re inn, but do not respond right.Try to turn 180.They should be all the way down in the socket.I tried a replacement Febi brake light switch but the issue persisted so I put the original switch back in.
I replaced both bulbs - one looked a bit iffy, filament wasnt broken but didn't look right. Bulbs seemed slightly loose too.
The warning light then went off and brake lights worked fine so I assumed it was issue with the bulbs.
Thanks. Tried that too and made sure they were correctly seated. Its possible to misfit the brakebulbs, they`re inn, but do not respond right.Try to turn 180.They should be all the way down in the socket.
Yes, i double checked the bulbs. With switch unplugged nothing happens, lights off. As soon as I plug the switch in, the lights go on, even without pressing the pedal.Have you fitted the correct bulbs?
What happens with switch unplugged?
Yes. I pressed the pedal after inserting switchHas to be the switch, years ago they used to say the switches were one use only. Are you fitting the switch without touching the pedal?
