hid headlamps

Right, just finished installing some HID's & Bi-Xenon Projectors, but I've got a bit of a strange issue When I flash the headlights, the instrument cluster powers off, then comes back on with a orange steering wheel symbol? Anybody got any ideas!?

Hi everyone, Having already had my fingers burned purchasing wrong (upgrade) headlamp bulbs recently, i'd just like to get some confirmation of members 'in the know' on whether this HID kit i've spotted will be suitable for my wants/needs...
