Holy thread resurrection Batman! This topic is more aged than most of my wine collection. Would add that FSI's are brilliant, but they certainly have their maintenance issues more than the 1.4 Petrol. I would happily buy another, but would want evidence of new injectors at some point and/or factor in £1000 for replacing them and the usual brittle water pipes etc that break the moment you sneeze near them.
