Hi, I am pleased to list the socials planned so far for 2024. We hope to add to this list and if you either know of an event near you, or even fancy leading a meet up and drive out, please do let me know. It would be great to get some things in for the South West of England, Wales and a few more in Scotland.
We will be putting individual posts up for each event over the next couple of week so you can register your interest, but hopefully this list will help you plan diaries.

| 31st May to 3rd June June | ‘Not Quite the Highlands and Taste of Yorkshire Tour | Not only is 2024, the 25th Anniversary of the A2, but our friends in the AA2OG celebrate their 10 year anniversary and have invited us to join them for a 'Not quite the Highlands and taste of Yorkshire Tour'. | 29th Sept | German Day Brooklands Museum, Surrey | We attended this event for the first time in 2023 and a fabulous time was had by all. A highlight being a photo of a huge row of A2s lined up under Concorde From historic to modern, all German marques are invited to form a static display against the backdrop of our historic site and its Collection. Expect a wide range of cars to admire from the Porsche to VW, Audi to Mercedes-Benz - see the best examples of German engineering through the years. With a range of Traders, food and drink outlets, and family activities – as well as Test Hill ascents, there will be something for visitors of all ages. | A few of us stayed at the Premier Inn Woking West last year and found it good at a reasonable price (although the restaurant next door was slightly understaffed) https://www.premierinn.com/gb/en/hotels/england/surrey/woking/woking-west-a324.html If you want to push the boat out a little, or can get an offer (sometimes Secret Escapes do them), Brooklands Hotel is right next door 
Brooklands Hotel Surrey - Luxury Hotel Weybridge, SurreyContemporary architecture, iconic art deco-inspired interiors, award-winning dining, and all the mod cons you can imagine. The luxury 4 star Brooklands Hotel in Weybridge has to be seen to be believed.
