A2 1.4 tdi or A2 1.6 FSI

I am not native english speaker and the text listing told me that the seller is not trustworthy. But the car may be good...

And for the theme which car to choose - 1.4 petrol for short drives, TDI for long ones and FSI only in the best condition. There are tooany things that may go south with FSI...
 
Take 1.6 fsi. I have changed turbine on 1.4tdi so do not recommend this experience to friends.. My hope that this model is easier but experts on this forum can tell you the truth

The FSIs are far far less reliable than the TDIs, so while they don’t have a turbo, there’s still plenty of hard to reach bits that go wrong on them.

That being said my favourite is probably my FSI as it’s a lot of fun to drive.
It’s a toss up between fun to drive and ULEZ compliant for the FSI, and incredible reliability and amazing fuel economy for the TDI.
