Anti Roll Bar Replacement Thread

Is there a step by step tutorial on how to actually replace the bushes, i've done a search and read a lot of the stuff on here but i don't thi there is any reference to what's needed to do the job i.e tools, time etc.
 
Thank you for this Spike, i'm going to attempt it this weekend along with a new set of droplinks. I wouldn't be going for the Lemforders again as they haven't lasted a year but i'm not sure if there supposed to anyway...!

I've just discovered mine has cracked and needs replacing.
Where do I go to register or complain to Audi, as you suggest?
