no probsLooks like a good deal there - the funniest thing was that the salesman was standing next to me - so I was pointing out every last thing I could find wrong with the car over the phone!
He did agree with all the bit's pointed out - so you should get a near as new car.

I know that you have helped me enough already , but is there any chance you would have a spare 10 minutes do a final inspection for me on the car? The sales guy mentioned i could have someone check it out before they deliver it to me.
It would be towards end of next week.

I'm getting all excited for you - there's nothing like the feeling of taking delivery of a new car, and although this one is pre-owned, you're getting the bargain of the year! (OK so it's only 10 days old, but I doubt it'll be beaten).

Must admit that I got scant regard from my dealer when I picked Tank up from new.
Apart from the Sales Manager commenting on the way I'd specc'd up the car, nothing - the salesman said words to the effect of "Well, you've come from an A2 so there's nothing I need to tell you" and gave me the keys and that was it!
Conversly, I've just been reading about Audi America, who are offering customers the opportunity to pick up their new car from Ingolstadt directly, giving a 5% discount on the price, throwing in a 15 day holiday around Europe and then offering free shipping back to the States!
Wonder if we'll get a similar offering her in the UK?
