Hi all.
I'm a new A2 owner (1.4TDi sport) and loving the car. Although I have encountered what seems to be a reasonably common problem from what I have gathered from this site; the ASB warning light accompanied by the ESP and the ((!)) brake fault light.
I phoned Audi Portsmouth and have an appointment booked. However after driving the car today I had no warning lights. I couldn't get rid of them yesterday. It came on whilst driving and stayed on. Then when I made another, longer, journey in the afternoon they were there when I started the engine until I turned off the engine two hours later.
Anyway, I was going to cancel my appointment that was scheduled for this week to keep an eye on it. I'm hoping it was a random one-off. If not I'll rebook at a later date when I am certain there is a problem. But I wanted to know if anyone could recommend any Audi specialists in the Portsmouth / Southampton area, preferably closer to Portsmouth. Audi Portsmouth quoted me £98 for the diagnostics and for an hours labour.
Thanks,
DarrenH.
