Audis in the park 2013---billing aquadrome

In the past we have met at a McDonald's at 8.00-8.30. But with the new venue there is no McDonald's close so hotel I think as its easy to find (plus we will be staying there on the sat night).
But please don't be put off if you can't make the start time you will be able to park with us what ever time you arrive- no pressure it's a fun day.
I'm aiming to arrange the cars in some colour order for photos so any suggestions ? Mike

Awesome :) It'll be great to meet you, and I know you will have a big crowd around your 1.2 :)

I try to get there 8:30ish, but last year I managed to lock my keys in the car at the McDonalds meet, so I only managed to get there a couple of hours late. No problem - there was lots of space left.
 
really want to turn up just to see the 1.2Tdi! That surely is a main attraction for the entire AITP event!

ADVANCED TOCKETS SALES ARE NOW CLOSED. But still pay on the gate is no problem £10 per car so still a bargain. Come and join the fun. If you have never been before to a social or in fact a car show let this be your first- totally relaxed day just park your car on the club pitch and enjoy. Cheers mike

Hi all just a quick up date--there is a mcDonald's a few miles away that will serve as a good meeting point.Its located in a retail park with masses of parking space just a few miles from Billing itself, and it's just a stones-throw off of the A45, one junction away from the billing turn-off.

So I think it would be a great place to all meet prior to wondering off to the show. I’d guess it’s a 5 minute drive from the retail park to Billing’s front door. The show starts at 10.00 but we will be early as we have to pitch the gazebo and get the kitchen area set up---so at this preset time i think a good time to meet is 8.00-8.30.
still looking for more names please people-lets show the other clubs just how our little car has a big following. cheers mike

vonnie has had the first two come but no others yet. I'm sure they will drop through the door any day.
 
If we turn up on the day (work commitments) then will be able to enter the car onto the club area?
