Don't forget people that tickets can be purchased on the gate so don't think you can't come if you missed the advanced sales. Also download the template and add some info/pictures of your car and yourself to pop in the window of your car, it it only helps others to see who's car it is but other clubs etc to see our cars features. It is located in the socials section -if you have any problems let either myself or vonnie know(pm) and we will help you out. Cheers Mike

The weather forecasts are looking good, sun and 25C! and they have been quite accurate lately.

That can all change of course, but it is better than if it was forecasting rain!

So fingers crossed.

hi all just a message from calvin the organiser of AITP
IMPORTANT IMPORTANT IMPORTANT!
It seems people arent fully understanding the concept of having a website with ALL the required information on it, so I have decided to post answers to ALL (i hope) possible questions.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THEM ALL AND PLEASE SHARE THIS EVERYWHERE!
Tickets are ONLY available on the gate for £10 per car with upto 4 occupants. Advanced ticket line is now CLOSED!
Once through Billing Aquadromes pay gates, follow the signs for AITP and you will be directed to the AITP event field!
ONLY Audis will be allowed on the event field.
EVERY Audi on the event field is AUTOMATICALLY entered in Show & Shine, there is no need to pre-enter or fill in a form.
Show starts at 10am
Traders will be allowed in early and must be set up and ready to trade by 8.30am
Clubs will be allowed in FROM 8.30am to allow time for them to set up.
COWVINS are ONLY available ON THE DAY on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVES BASIS at £15 per Cowvin unless you pre-booked one when they were first listed.
They cannot be reserved, put aside or held back!
A complete range of OFFICIAL AITP merchandise will also be available.

Parents bringing children, please have consideration for other peoples vehicles and please keep sticky fingerprints to a minimum.
Dogs are welcome but MUST be kept on a short lead at all times and you must clear up the POOP after!
ALL CAMPING enquiries MUST go directly to Billing Aquadrome and NOT Audis in the Park!
If you are participating in the RS Display, you will need to let the AITP CREW know and they will ensure you are directed to the right plot.
If you are not with a club but still arrive in an Audi, you are still welcome on the event field in the General Audi only Parking section.
For our Disabled visitors, the event field is flat grass and the venue itself has great Disabled facilities.
SPEED LIMIT WITHING THE PARK AND ON THE EVENT FIELD IS STRICTLY 5MPH.
Excessive loud music will be asked politely to turn it down, we have a Live DJ on the day who will be making enough noise anyway!
BBQ's are allowed but you must place and light with common sense and consideration for others!
There are cold water taps dotted around the field if you wish to wipe your cars down.
Catering will be on the event field but Billing Aquadrome also has additional food outlets even a mini supermarket!
There is a petrol station situated at the roundabout right at the entrance to Billing Aquadrome.
Event starts to wind down around 3pm just after the prize giving ceremony.
I think I have covered everything now, and to be honest, if there are any other questions, Im sure someone who has been to the event before will help and advise you....Im having a night OFF!

So looking forward to this years show - i can't believe its the 7th year. AITP was the first social i organised. Cheers mike

I think we all ought to badger the judges on Sunday to make "Birchalls" car the "Best in show". Its got a lovely coat, a great stance and a wonderful poised sitting position. It will see off those Airedale Terriers all day long !. :)

The problem is that it is not a pedigree,it is more of a mongrel (not so original).

Perhaps it might get a side award for mongrels.

Just to to keep the info easy to find. Drive safe and see you in the morning. The weather is fab and now we are enjoying a cold beer at the hotel.

Apologies, I have deleted myself off the attendees for AITP.

My black bomber is on the surgeons table under Professor Tony at A2 Cars. He was hoping to have it back together by now but a problem with the brake servo keeps coming back. Having explored every cheaper option, the only one left is the sensor on the servo itself, which is mounted in the most hideous location on the RHD versions ( easy peasy in the LHD versions as you can access it above the gearbox). It's complicated and tedious work so I would rather Tony take his time than rush it, especially as the brake system is something I dont want to take chances with.

Have fun in the sun!

Sorry to hear that, but as you say, better to be safe than sorry !!!!

See you at ADI I hope?
