Had to put this in the joke section- Audi have just completed an AVS and they phoned me up trying to get me to have extra work done - one of the front interior lights has blown - to replace the bulb - between £20 & £25. I said I think I will leave it

UPDATE: Got the car back and the quote for the replacement bulb was £43.59 which included the cost of the bulb £1.50!!!!!!!!!!!!

Crazy isn't it.

Not aimed at yourself, but for those without the skills or tools Halfords fit bulbs for ~£5.

...makes you wonder what skills the 'technicians' have if they have to charge that kind of '£' for changing a lightbulb!

But i guess as its an Audi part it will come with a 2 year warranty. so if you need to change this bulb 29 times in the next 2 years you will just break even. worthy considering the peace of mind that would offer
