They are available through Audi Tradition. I bought one a few weeks ago. I can't remember what I paid for it but it wasn't exorbitant

I jumped the gun sadly...mine is the normal style, but was from a 6cd changer side pod....sorry for the false start on that...maybe audi tradition via @Rickmeister is the way forward?

Part number for the right extractor grille with the boot mounted cd changer is
8Z0863990A and three digits on the end for the colour.
