Electrical Malfunction Causing Engine To Loose Power

Morning All

My A2 1.6 FSI broke down on Friday. It is throwing the following error codes of P0403, P2138, P0193, P0400, P0102.

I did some googling and it may be the actual ECU that is the problem.

I called out the AA and he moved the engine wire harness above the gearbox and things corrected themselves.

Has anyone had a similar fault before?

Hi, got any pics of the harness area. Is there any multi plugs there? Any signs of rubbing against anything?
Sounds like an opening up of the loom to investigate before it worsens to a major short 🙏
