So, today i took my car back to the garage who did my injector work. I really thought they had damaged the wiper motor and had left something loose in the bulkhead causing a rattle, or that it was the bits of broke wiper motor!
Went to collect it this afternoon. "Sir, we have adjusted the wiper"
Thanks....and the rattle?
"we found a rather nice pen wedged right between the screen and the dashboard. We have left the pen in your cubby hole, and the rattle has gone."
Sheepishly said thanks.
Went out to look at the pen, it belonged to a work colleague who I sometimes give a lift to.
I called him at work and told him he owes me a days holiday.
Overreacting idiot signing off.
(Was almost a rerun of the old VW advert with the earring!).
