I keep getting told 'no more lego!' As there is a total lack of storage for it now . All the city fire/police etc etc all city lorries most of the technics 3 full shelves 2 full ikea glass cabinets and a full ikea billy bookcase plus all the tops are full too now branching out in front of the telly thinking I possibly have overdone it but it never ceases to amaze me the way they make things work possibly one of the best toys ever along with meccano. Haven't collected any of the lego movie sets yet tho!!

I love lego... I think the Maersk triple E model would be quite interesting too... The technics with the computer control and the book "weaponising lego" makes for some interesting launchers and other interesting toys for grown ups!

That's the problem, Lack of storage.... I have about 1500 mini figures which takes up a large display unit, but I won't stop building, my son won't let me. At worst I'll have to break up some and put them back in the box, speaking of which I'm have kept all the original boxes as well and there more hassle to store away. Currently all in the loft.

Got bored of building Lego sets so decided to attempt a custom build, as you can see I'm attempting Ikea, even has an escalator I'm no where near finished yet, thought I would share with you . My 5yr old son asked me to build Ikea after we went there on Monday.

Just an update, still nowhere near finished even made the shopping trolleys. I reckon it will take about 3 more months to complete .

I once built a really tall tower out of LEGO.

It got so tall and wobbly that I was "bricking" it.

Best I can do, sorry

Some more lego pictures of my sons efforts - I like them and some pieces are appreciating in value.

Even though the very mention of LEGO sends me into a "Pun frenzy"
I must admit to being impressed by the things that people do with it.

To me it is almost an art form (if you will forgive me for slightly overstating that.)

I would imagine that it is very relaxing and quite rewarding.

so well done to all of the LEGO fans.
