the royal and sun alliance (more than)is one of the meanest insurance companies to settle claims,there are so many disgruntled customers out there, they are joining the rsa action group. I have had problems with them on four occasions over the last ten years. With the most recent claim, they undervalued my car by £2000 ,i think they should change their name from MORE THAN to LESS THAN , you have been warned

Ahhh Royal Sun Alliance, they can change your policy terms without advising you, but just you forget to tell them about any changes to your car and your policy is void. Had a little run in with them 4 years ago and removed my business from them as a result.
