Yes battery voltage too low. Always a good idea to have a battery charger connected when the engine is not running and you are using software on the car. Essential if you are changing anything in the ECU.

So I tried with a charger hooked up so the voltage was above the 12.5v it mentions on the Ross tech site, still no luck.

What about reading the EEPROM from my old ecu that is working with the immobiliser and writing that to the new one? I take it the remap data is stored in the flash so that shouldn't get over written? But that should mean the VIN and skc match?
